Returns & Exchanges:

 For full-price items, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that discounted purchases (including sale items, flash sales, and discount) are non-refundable, so we kindly ask you to make your selections carefully. Items received after the 14-day period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All tags and packaging must remain intact. Shoes should be tried on soft surfaces only, as we cannot accept shoes with scuff marks or scratches. Additionally, all items must be returned in their original packaging.

Jewellery Returns and Exchanges:

For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, so we kindly ask you make your decisions carefully.

Swimwear and Intimate Items Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Hygiene Seal: Swimwear and Intimate items (including bodysuits) must have the original hygiene seal or tag intact in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure that the seal is unbroken and remains attached to the item.
  1. Try-On Policy: For hygiene reasons, when trying on swimwear and intimate items, please do so over your own underwear and with any protective coverings, such as hygiene stickers or tags, still in place. Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns Process:  
To initiate a return and ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us for authorisation: Before returning an item, please email us at returns@gypsyandthemuseco.com to request return authorisation. In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

  2. Wait for approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with return authorisation if eligible. Please await our confirmation before proceeding with the return.

  3. Package the item: Ensure the item is safely packaged and protected to prevent any damage during transit. Please include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. 

  4. Use a trackable shipping service: We recommended using a shipping method that provides tracking. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking information for your records.

Once we receive your returned items at Gypsy and the Muse Co, they will undergo a quality review. Upon clearance, you will receive either your desired replacement item, credit note or a refund of the purchase price. We make every effort to process refunds promptly, and we kindly request your patience as it may take up to 5 working days to complete the refund process.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any exchanges will be sent at the customer's expense. Gypsy and the Muse Co cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process. Therefore, we recommend using a traceable shipping method. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that is not in its original condition as when it was shipped. Returns outside the specified timeframe will be sent back at the sender's cost, and any damaged items will not be accepted.

Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes: Please note that gift vouchers and credit notes are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

In-store Returns: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Refunds are available exclusively for faulty items. For non-faulty items, such as items returned due to a change of mind, we offer the option of a store credit or exchange.

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, we will gladly provide a refund within the specified timeframe.

For items returned for reasons other than being faulty, such as a change of mind, we offer the choice of a store credit or exchange. The item must be in its original sellable condition as per our policy guidelines.
