Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Blue Muse, if you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we are happy to issue a CREDIT, EXCHANGE or REFUND.
RETURNS or EXCHANGES are accepted 14 days from date of purchase for full price items, discounted purchases will not be accepted so please choose carefully. Items received outside the 14 days may not be accepted. Please note - Afterpay purchases can be returned for store credit only. In these instances and for any other Afterpay orders returned for store credit, BlueMuse will issue an online credit upon receipt of your return and you will still be required to fulfil your payments via Afterpay.
Items must be in original condition, not worn, washed, or altered in any way. All tags and packaging must remain in place. Please try on SHOES on soft surfaces only, we will not accept shoes with scuff marks or scratches and all items must be in original packaging.
Once items are returned to Blue Muse they will undergo a quality review and once cleared you will receive your new item or a refund of the purchase price. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they’re received, please allow 5 workings days to process.
We do not refund shipping charges. Exchanges will be sent at customer's cost. Blue Muse is not liable for the loss of items being returned so be sure to use a traceable method. Blue Muse reserves the right to refuse the return of any item if we believe it is not in the original condition as when it was shipped. Items returned outside this timeframe will be returned at the cost of the sender and any damaged items will not be accepted.
